  • Are your fragrances genuine?

    Yes they are 100% genuine. We buy our products from reputable large international companies and only sell fragrances that are supplied boxed by the manufacturers.

    How can you sell your fragrances with such large discounts?

    By bulk purchasing our fragrances we are able to negotiate discounted prices and can then pass these savings on to our customers. Also, unlike the High Street shops, our overheads are relatively low and we therefore are able to further reduce our costs and pass even more benefits to our customers.

    What is the recommended retail price (R.R.P.) and how does it differ from the advertised sale price?

    The recommended retail price (R.R.P.) is the average price a perfume usually sells for at retail shops. These prices are a guide only as to how much a product normally costs and will enable you to measure your savings when purchasing your fragrance from PerfumesPlus.co.uk. You should compare prices with your usual retail outlet to determine what your actual savings will be.

    What is the availability of the products?

    To achieve very competitive prices we bulk purchase our "featured" perfumes and these are always in stock and readily available. For the remaining products we despatch normally within 5 working days .

    Delivery Information

    Parcels are despatched PO Recorded Signed for™ within five working days. Please note that they will require a signature upon receipt. Delivery times are subject to availability, payment authorisation, processing and verification.
        Please note that PerfumesPlus do not accept liability for any delays or failures in the delivery of goods caused by any events that are beyond our control.
        In the interests of protecting our customers from internet fraud we can only deliver to the cardholder's address.
        All stock and prices are subject to availability.
        If an item ordered is out of stock we will inform you immediately with an alternative item to the same value or provide you with a full refund.
        In the event of a failed delivery owing to an incorrect address supplied a re-delivery fee will be applied. Please "Add to Basket" for the relevant charge as advised by email:

    Do you deliver Internationally?

    At the moment we deliver to the UK mainland only (England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Islands of Scotland, Isle of man, Isle of Scilly and Isle of Wight).

    Do you accept payment by cheque?

    Yes, we do. However, funds must be cleared by the banks which can take up to four or five days before orders can be despatched.

    Do you sell Testers?

    Not at the present time.

    Is your site secure?

    Yes. Please note that your browser will go into the secure mode as soon as you click the "proceed to checkout" icon. You will notice that at the bottom of the browser a padlock appears indicating that you are shopping in a secure environment.

    Credit Card Security
    Please note that credit card transactions are handled securely by your chosen payment system - Paypal or Google Checkout. Details are sent to and from the Paypal server using 128 bit encryption. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site.

    Can I send my order to a different address to my billing address?

    As a precaution against internet fraud PerfumesPlus reserves the right to deliver only to the cardholder's address.

    What do I do if the goods are damaged during transit?

    If the goods are damaged during transmit you must contact us by email at returns@PerfumesPlus.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt or by phoning us on 01473 314157. The damaged goods must then be returned to us unopened, unused and in the manufacturers original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. Replacement products will be sent on receipt of the damaged goods.
         We suggest that all returns should be mailed by recorded delivery to PerfumesPlus, 5 Peters Grove, Capel St Mary, IPSWICH IP9 2XF.

    What is your policy if I decide to cancel?

    All products purchased through this website are fully guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, please return the unopened package to us within 14 days of your order date and we will refund your money in full.
